Are you a Realtor that either host open houses or takes prospective buyers out to go view properties and sometimes those buyers are folks you’ve never met before? Then this video is for you! I’m going to point out thru a seminar that I attended ways to protect yourself because we Realtors can be victims to those folks that we don’t know and maybe out to prey on us. Either to victimize us or rob us whatever the bad stuff maybe and I’m going to do that right now. Stay tuned!
Hi everybody, my name is Ty Eden. I’m a Realtor with Exit Realty Redefined in Wheaton, IL. In this video, our managing broker brought us a little safety seminar on right things to do to protect yourself if you happen to be showing a property to a potential buyer who you’ve never met and don’t know. You can also apply this in an open house situation as well. Sit back, relax, enjoy the video and get a notepad since there’s a lot of great points to note and stick around to the end because we’ve are going to show you how to get out of zip ties, duct tape and handcuffs believe it or not.

Checklist for Realtors:
Okay so that was a feat getting out of those handcuffs but the more you try out and practice at it the better you can get at it. It can be a Houdini thing so I hope you enjoyed some of the information you’ve found in the video. Please share it with folks you know that are Realtors that might be able to benefit from this and if any of you, buyers or sellers hopefully you clue in this video as well and you kind of see some of the challenges that we as Realtors take for our own lives just to sell a piece of property for our sellers or representing our buyers. Some instances we have taking our live in our hands. Alright, thank you and stay tuned!
